Practical Information

Important information about the smartphone ski ticket:

Not all mobile phones are yet compatible with the Key2Ski app. Unsupported devices:
Samsung Galaxy S8, S8+, S9, S9+, Note 8, Note 9
All Oppo and OnePlus smartphones
All smartphones from Xiaomi (incl. Poco, Redmi) and Huawei (incl. Honor).

The waiting time for the turnstile to open may take a few seconds longer compared to the keycard (currently there may also be longer waiting times with iPhones) .
The smartphone should ideally be plugged into the left chest pocket or jacket pocket (not pants!) with display to the body.
